In order to start again on a good basis, I decided to make some changes. My main goal is to focus on quality rather than quantity. To achieve this, I intend to make only 3 to 5 units of my products each month—that is, 3 to 5 sales monthly maximum. The catalog will be greatly reduced in order to keep only the best effects, mainly those that have not yet been copied around the world!
In addition, the payment methods will be more limited than before, for more secure transactions.
We have unfortunately had to deal with some unscrupulous customers in recent years who thought we were some kind of Amazon. Due to an increasing number of abusive refund requests made through PayPal, we have decided to stop offering this payment method for our products. Our company is a small structure, quite different from Amazon, we do not have the same means to deal with this kind of situations. We have therefore chosen to end our collaboration with PayPal and to offer only bank transfers and Zelle® as payment methods.
In addition, I will be more selective in choosing my future clients. I want to work for people who appreciate magic and respect my work.
This is to protect our business and to ensure the satisfaction of our most loyal customers. We hope you will understand.
